Best GIF Maker Ideas

A GIF can come in countless sizes, shapes, and colors. It can be purely pictorial or purely text. So, what are great ways to make a GIF? I'll start:
- Think about composing a picture -- maybe use the rule of thirds
- Who's the audience? Maybe it is your dog, which means color doesn't help (dogs are colorblind!). Maybe it is a political message or a way to console a friend -- different colors may be needed.
- Keep it short. Someone once said that they were sorry for writing a letter than was 20 pages long, but it would have taken far longer to write it in less space.
